  1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DSSTN website and related online services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

    If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  3. Educational Services; Separate Enrollment Agreements

    The website provides information about DSSTN programs and allows you to submit inquiries and register.

    Your enrollment in a program, tuition/payment obligations, refunds, attendance rules, and student obligations may be governed by separate documents, including enrollment agreements and the School’s catalog/policies.

    You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Certain programs may require you to be 18 years or older.

    Age Restriction (18+): You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms on this site and to participate in our SMS/text messaging program.

  5. Accounts, Registration, and Accuracy of Information

    If you create an account or register:

    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
    • You are responsible for activity under your account.

    Registration may require sensitive information (including DOB/SSN) for enrollment purposes.

    2. Consent Not Required for Purchase/Enrollment

      Your consent to receive marketing texts is not required as a condition of purchasing services or enrolling.

    3. One-to-One Consent (DSSTN Only)

      Where marketing consent is required, your consent authorizes messages from Dental Staff School of Tennessee specifically.

    4. Message Frequency

      Message frequency varies based on your interaction and program timeline.

    5. Costs

      Message and data rates may apply.

    6. Opt-Out

  12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DSSTN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

  13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSSTN from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

  14. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, or for security/operational reasons.

  15. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

  16. Governing Law; Venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.
