Registration Instructions
- Submit registration form (click register and complete form).
- Complete enrollment forms- you will receive these via email within 24 hours of submitting registration. A payment link will be sent and due 10 business days prior to the course start date.
**Note that you will NOT see the course listed on your login page as this is an in person course**
Both the Enrollment forms and course payment must be received to complete your Enrollment and secure your seat in the course.
This course is approved by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry. You will receive 14 hours of continuing education credit when you successfully complete this course.
You must have a RDA license and number to register.
